Nomad Workspace is an office environment of approximately 2,500 square metres divided into private and open office areas, work lounges, café, common areas, meeting facilities and event spaces.

Coco Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Vesterbro in Copenhagen. The renovation of the former Copenhagen Crown Hotel has resulted in 88 newly renovated rooms, a beautiful new café and a peaceful green courtyard open to hotel guests, locals and passers-by.
Kronen in Vanløse is to be revitalised, transforming the insolvent centre into a dynamic town centre with much more to offer than just shopping.
KHR is the architectural advisor for the real estate developer NREP, who will turn Kronen into an attractive meeting place in Vanløse for people of all ages via an active south-facing terrace.
In short, the reconstruction includes new functions on the first floor of the centre, new housing and improved outdoor spaces on the roof, and not least a completely transformed and upgraded "Metro square" on the south-facing terrace.
Gilleje Sø- og Havbad is a combination of renovation and new construction. The old town hall in Gilleleje from 1939 will be the setting for a beautiful spa and conference hotel with almost 40 rooms, restaurant wellness area and sun terrace with outdoor pool. Both the renovation and the new construction are done with respect for the existing architecture and the ambition is to create an atmospheric lake and sea spa that combines the old spirit with modern wellness and comfort.
KHR is the development consultant for the extensive transformation of Nordre Fasanvej 108 from a run-down office to one of Denmark's most modern commercial buildings. KHR initially prepared a design proposal for the project, which can be seen here, but has since been selected as the development manager for the project.
MAAN Rental will expand their commercial property in Nordhavnen with more square meters for commercial use as well as two residential floors and a roof terrace. In close dialogue with the owners, KHR has developed a mixed-use project where existing and new architecture enrich each other.
By developing projects that mix business with culture or housing, KHR has helped Lidl with analysis and sketching of diverse, attractive locations around Denmark. As a grocery store, it can be challenging to find premises in a good location unless you engage in dialogue with the municipality and present a project that enriches the cityscape both aesthetically and functionally.
