KHR is the only architectural firm to be part of a multidisciplinary team seeking EU funding for a major international innovation project focusing on the human perspective of climate adaptation in architecture and urban development.
KHR is responsible for both the architecture and interior design of a large new restaurant that is currently under construction in the centre of Nuuk. The project is being developed in close dialogue with the clients Rikke and Jørgen Pedersen, who already run several restaurants in the city.
At KHR, he keeps a leash on a large Greenlandic school project; in his spare time, he unleashes his creativity in his studio. Morten Nøhr Frandsen has been interested in building aesthetics since childhood and chose architecture because it is a creative discipline that has a direct impact on people and society. Find out why Morten always values good dialogue in interdisciplinary collaboration, why he would like to take on projects in the provinces, and who he invites to his studio.
Eight new interns specialising in architecture, construction, sustainability and communication have landed in our old gunboat sheds. They are already putting their study experience to good use in real-world projects, and we look forward to their fresh perspectives on the design and construction of the future.
High demand for real estate and construction consultancy from both Danish and foreign clients means that KHR Architecture is expanding the project management department team with two experienced client advisers.
