KHR's development advisors have carried out technical due diligence for the Patrizia property development in connection with the purchase of seven properties with a total of 1186 student apartments. With a purchase price of 314 million Euro, this is the largest Danish portfolio deal ever for student housing. KHR is the architectural advisor for the real estate developer NREP, who will turn Kronen into an attractive meeting place in Vanløse for people of all ages via an active south-facing terrace.
