Overview

The old studios in TV-Byen are being developed into 155 student residences and 117 apartments totalling 12,300 m2.Prior to the decision to purchase and transform the dilapidated commercial premises into residential units, KHR reviewed the building stock for the owner group consisting of HighBrook Investors, Fontaine and DEAS Asset Management.The development of the residential units will take place through the conversion of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings. The goal is to meet residents' needs for modern homes that provide a supportive environment and recreational outdoor spaces for both community and privacy.
