Overview

KHR's development advisors have carried out technical due diligence for the Patrizia property development in connection with the purchase of seven properties with a total of 1186 student apartments. With a purchase price of 314 million Euro, this is the largest Danish portfolio deal ever for student housing. KHR's review of the large building stock has given the investor confidence in the purchase of the serviced student accommodation.

The Norwegian documentary series *Barnesykehuset* returns with a new series from Glasblokkene in Bergen. The first series was a huge hit with viewers, and now the series continues with new stories from life at the children’s and young people’s hospital.
