Overview

The Swedish real estate company Castellum was assisted by KHR's construction advisors in the acquisition of the Blacklight office building. The real estate investor needed a technical due diligence of the building's suitability for a new use of the building complex and a budgeting in relation to the execution of the necessary architectural and interior changes.

Extension of University College Copenhagen – client consultancy

KHR Architecture is the client’s consultant for University College Copenhagen in connection with the development of new facilities at KP Campus Nørrebro, where the first phase comprises a new building for the health care programmes. The forthcoming development is intended to provide modern and flexible facilities for teaching, practical training and simulation, as well as attractive study, social and working environments. As the client’s consultant, alongside Spangenberg & Madsen, we will assist KP throughout the project’s development and help ensure a sound basis for the decisions that will shape the forthcoming construction project.

'The Children’s Hospital' is back

The Norwegian documentary series *Barnesykehuset* returns with a new series from Glasblokkene in Bergen. The first series was a huge hit with viewers, and now the series continues with new stories from life at the children’s and young people’s hospital. For KHR, the series also offers a unique insight into our architecture in use. The camera follows children, families and staff through the hospital’s spaces and shows how daylight, views, nature and space for everyday life form part of daily life at Glasblokkene.
