In 2015, KHR achieved a growth of 25% in turnover and an increase in profit of more than 100%. The company, which provides architectural services for construction and infrastructure projects in Denmark and Norway, has doubled its staff since 2013 and now has around 60 employees. With this growth, KHR has fulfilled its strategy to become among the largest in its core areas. KHR works on major hospital projects in, among others Odenseon Bispebjerg in Copenhagen and in Bergen. Commercial and especially residential buildings now make up a larger part of the order portfolio, which extends 10 years into the future - the longest order horizon in the company's history. The company celebrates its 70th anniversary this year and has completed several significant projects over the years, such as The Metro in Copenhagen, the extension of the Royal Theatre, B&O headquarters, several innovative schools and universities, and prominent business districts.
KHR is known for clear and bold architecture, and has received several national and international awards over the years. Most recently, KHR's project on the extension of Frederiksberg Center was voted Europe's best renovation.
