We are in full swing with user processes for the new Bispebjerg Acuthus. Together with Bispebjerg staff, the requirements and possibilities of the hospital's many complex functions are clarified. The large-scale user process therefore contributes to the project being sharpened through the staff's many years of experience. The user involvement takes place on a highly specialised level with focus on clinical processes as well as the consideration of patients, relatives and staff. The user process has started in the proposal phase with workshops and mock-ups and extends to the delivery of the project proposal. We look forward to continuing the user process which will ensure a better everyday life in the hospital of the future.
