Investment and redevelopment of NEYE properties in Denmark

There are good opportunities to make some profitable changes in the use of units in individual properties, where new rental income from external tenants could be generated and it would be economically advantageous to bring in surplus land. Empty units are modernised and possibly changed in use to generate rental income.

In the case of an investment in a change of use, the maintenance backlog of the properties will be cleared at the same time. Furthermore, proposals for logos and facade concepts will be developed.
