KHR Architects has been prequalified to bid for a framework agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on listed buildings of high architectural value. The assignment includes renovations and conversions of properties and buildings with special Danish architecture of conservation value throughout the world, where Danish 'world-renowned' architects have been responsible for the construction of embassies or consulates general.
The framework contract covers, inter alia, the following services:
- Building inspection and maintenance plan
- Preliminary advice including concept paper and building programme
- Advice on project management and design
- Advice on execution, construction management and supervision
- Andes technical advice and assistance
