KHR Architecture hires four architects with experience from German projects in order to fulfil its tasks in Germany at a high level. In the past year, KHR Architecture has won four projects in Northern Germany, which the new colleagues will work on. The first three new colleagues have just started and the last one will follow in January.

"I'm delighted that we can welcome a strong new team of colleagues who have the right experience to take on the exciting projects we've won in Germany. They have all worked on German projects and speak German, which we know from experience is crucial for working effectively on the projects and with our German partners," says Janina Zerbe, Creative Director and Partner at KHR Architecture and responsible for the practice's strategic focus on the German market.
KHR Architecture already has several German-speaking employees working on German projects, but the workload has reached a level where a dedicated department is needed.
"We have won four projects that have been initiated and will be realised in parallel. At the same time, we have a number of interesting enquiries and have just qualified for a competition for another school in Berlin together with a new partner. This requires sufficient and competent resources so that we can both solve the projects at a high level and ensure a good working environment with high employee satisfaction," explains Janina Zerbe.
New hires for KHR Architecture's German team
Larissa Burk is a graduate architect from Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany, and has worked at several German design studios before joining C.F. Møller Architects in Denmark in early 2022 to work on German projects. Møller Architects in Denmark to work on German projects.
Katharina Erfurt graduated from Fachhochschule Darmstadt and moved to Denmark in 2006 to pursue her Master of Architecture at Aarhus School of Architecture. She has 15 years of experience as an architect, project manager and client advisor, most recently as project manager on a large project in Munich.
Robert Degele is a graduate architect from RWTH Aachen University and has decades of experience as an architect and project manager. Since 1997, he has been employed by Danish architectural firms and has worked on both Danish and German projects.
In January, you'll start Kamille Mostrup, who graduated from the Copenhagen School of Architecture in 2016 and as part of her education has been exchanged to the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Vienna as well as an internship at German design studios in Berlin. Since 2019, she has worked for the German departments of Danish design studios in Berlin.
