KHR Architecture has signed an agreement with Arkitektgruppen on Tiger Farm in Odense, to be an architectural team in collaboration with Norrøn on the task. The project is located in the centre of Odense, at the corner of Østre stationsvej and Thomas B. Thriges Gade. The project has been outlined and submitted to Odense Municipality and has received prior approval. The project comprises approximately 15,000 m² of housing over 8 floors and a 14-storey tower, as well as some commercial space on the ground floor with associated basement parking.
