• Housing project in TV City - technical due diligence

Overview

The old studios in TV-Byen will be developed into 155 student residences and 117 apartments totalling 12,300 m2. Prior to the decision to purchase and transform the obsolete commercial premises into housing, KHR has reviewed the building stock for the owner group consisting of HighBrook Investors, Fontaine and DEAS Asset Management.
The development of the homes is done by remodelling existing buildings and constructing new buildings. The aim is to meet the residents' needs for modern homes with a good framework and recreational outdoor spaces for both community and privacy.
