Following a restructuring and downsizing of the company in 2021, KHR Architecture is now showing a profit on the bottom line for the 2022 financial year and exciting new projects in the order book.
KHR Architecture ends the 2022 financial year with a positive result and sees strategic priorities bear fruit
"We have focussed our business on three positions of strength and scaled the company accordingly. On top of a ramp-up phase in early 2022, we have had a positive operating result month after month and a business that stands solidly on three business pillars.
"We go into the summer holidays with three recently won competitions in the order book, which further confirms that our business strategy is right. This also means that we need to hire new colleagues to be able to handle the volume of tasks, and I am of course pleased that the future for KHR looks bright. In this connection, I would like to thank our customers, partners and employees for the great support and trust they have shown us," says CEO Lars Kragh.
KHR Architecture's business is focused on three main areas: Education and healthcare construction for public clients, commercial and residential projects, primarily in the private sector, and client consultancy.
Since the reorganisation in May 2021, KHR Architecture's partners have consisted of CEO Lars Kragh, Creative Director Janina Zerbe, Creative Director Mikkel Beedholm, Technical Director Henrik Danielsen, Design Director Torben Juul and Director of Client Consultancy Peter Nielsen. Hans Peter Hertz is an external partner.
