Together with Børve Bochsenius architects, Sweco engineers and Dronninga Landscape, KHR Architecture has won the competition for a 14,000 m² Living and Day Centre in Skien town centre. The centre will consist of 128 day beds and two day centres with a total of 30 beds. The building will have large common areas with activity rooms, lounges, meeting rooms, offices, etc. and each accommodation unit will consist of 8 rooms with common dining and living areas as well as its own outdoor area.We look forward to the further process and to designing the residential and day centre of the future.
