Come and see the project "Generic bocelle" which is exhibited at Danish Architecture Centre from 11 Jan-17 Feb 2016. The project is conceived as a study of future housing, where fibre composite and textile are tested as building materials, working with layers of the different materials to explore and create particular atmospheres. The project therefore evolves during the exhibition itself, moving from being simply a raw structure to having facades and textiles in the interior spaces. In this way, the viewer can follow the development of the project and, among other things, see how the constructions are assembled. The generic bocelle is being created via a number of collaborators; the Copenhagen Carpenters' Guild, KADK, KHR Architects, Fiberline composite and the Copenhagen Technical School. The project is therefore special in that it combines research and education with practice in architecture and crafts, and industry with the production of the composite material.
