KHR has just been in Greenland to present a proposal for the expansion of the 25,000 m2 NUUK centre, designed by KHR in 2007. The project combines housing and a number of new functions with more square meters for the existing NUUK Center.The proposal was presented to NUUK's municipal council and was also presented at the nearby Kulturhus Katuaq.In addition, the trip provided opportunities for discussion of other exciting new assignments, as well as reunions with some of KHR's works in Nuuk: Greenland Institute of Nature, Pinngortilaleriffik; Hans Lynge School, Atuarfik and Malik swimming pool.
