You can still catch the 2023 Architecture Biennale until Sunday 26 November. The exhibition is divided into six sub-areas under the heading \"The Laboratory of the Future\" with 89 contributors, over half of whom are from Africa or the African diaspora. The gender split is 50\/50 and the average age of all participants is 43. In addition to this focus on representation, the exhibition itself is also characterised by a strong focus on the social aspect of architecture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So while the last Biennale focused on sustainability in a more traditional sense, social sustainability is more prominent in this year's exhibition. Interesting for a studio like ours, which has a special focus on the role of architecture in promoting social sustainability<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established in 1980, the Architecture Biennale has evolved into a global platform for architects to share their innovative concepts and push the boundaries of design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
